The HDA-1006 is a 1×8 3Gbps/HD/SD SDI distribution amplifier (DA) with equalizing and re-clocking. It is designed to mount into i-MOD series 1RU and 2RU frames. The module provides 1 SDI input, 1 fiber input, 1 fiber output and 8 SDI outputs. The rear module has a bypass relay that can be used to bypass the SDI input to the output1 if the card fails, loses power, the card is removed, or bypass is activated via local/remote setting. The HDA-1006 distribution amplifier can be controlled locally using card-edge switches or remotely using IM-MASTER control software.
